One does not need to present a card stating one’s socioeconomic status in order to get attention. Furthermore, as of 2010, every U.S. citizen is not only entitled to health insurance, the law states one must have it. In almost all of Europe access to better healthcare is free for everyone. Moreover, the improvement in human rights in first world countries has also improved from the 1700s, as freedom of speech is law. Each and every citizen has the right to speak their mind regardless of topic.
