These ideologies could be established through mechanisms such as checklists in Wall Street or the specific rituals which make up a particular religion. And while institutions try to make an attempt to evoke some sort of individuality within its people, the institutions rarely accomplishes it because this initiation of individuality would just end up becoming another requirement that all participating people must fulfill. Institutions rarely support individuality because institutions in nature are collective systems whose very foundation is on particular ideologies.
