Forge will develop a robot named Shere Khan in order to complete the mission. Shere Khan has three main tasks on the field: tracking Corbett, self-configuring itself with upgrades, navigating through the field and overcoming obstacles.
In order to track Corbett, Shere Khan will have a Light Detection And Ranging (LiDAR) camera on a base that rotates 360 degrees. The legs of Shere Khan will have one active joint on each shoulder and hip and then one passive joint on each leg. A pulley system will be used in each leg in order to keep the joints of the leg synchronized in motion. Alongside the pulley system will be a suspension system that connects the top half of the leg to the bottom half. The suspension system serves the purpose of ensuring that each leg will move in a fluid motion as well as providing shock absorbance and jumping capabilities. In order for Shere Khan to turn, there will be two halves of the body. In the center, there will be a rotating disk conjoining the front back halves of Shere Khan.
