The reason why I am standing before you today is to discuss with you the reason as to why the story of Romeo and Juliet is still of interest in the 21st century.
Romeo and Juliet is a well-known play composed by William Shakespeare. It is accepted that the play was composed somewhere around 1591 and 1595. Romeo and Juliet is a popular affection story which demonstrates the battle confronted by two star-crossed lovers to be as one however shockingly winds up in a disaster bringing about the demise of both the lovers. It is about a husband who never spent a night apart from his was left heartbroken when she pasted away as of this he got a big shock and he couldn’t handle it so he committed suicide. He cared for his love for several months as she battled a serious lung disease. And as she died, he took overdose just hours after she died. In the article it is mentioned that “They never spent a night apart their love was so strong that if they went out, they wrote love notes to each other” (Aspinall, A. (2013). This refers to the scene in Romeo and Juliet after their first meeting they did not stop thinking about each other Romeo always wrote poems about Juliet.
