It is needed to address people politely as Mr., Mrs., Ms. etc. for the sake of courtesy, especially by their surname. It is good to think about this so nobody feels offended or think that you are rude or not respectful.

No, not many young people are starting their own business in Vietnam, approximation of age is 36 years. They treasure experience, people should not start business when they are young. It is not easy to start your own business because most of the people tend to trust seniority experience to sustain a business. They believe that you first have to work for others and gain experience then start your own business. Many times people in Vietnam don 't take you seriously if you are young and tend to trust those with more experience.
