I guess before we can answer that question, we should ask several other questions first.
When you or lost, what would the number one issue of importance be to you?
In the worldly sense we can easily become disoriented. In a very short period of time a lost person can become totally confused and not have the slightest idea of how to get back to where they had begun their journey.
We also become confused about how to properly live our lives and become even more spiritually lost.
One thing is for sure if you ever get lost; either physically or spiritually. You will require someone to show you the correct path to follow to find your way home.

Psalms 23:3
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
When we read the same verse in the New Living translations Bible it sounds like this;
He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.
If you find yourself on a path in life that seems to be drowning you in despair and hopelessness you need a drastic new direction in life immediately.
During the times you have found yourself in that provable bottomless pit Scripture gives us an escape map that will lead us out of life’s damaging life scaring circumstances.
Our lesson explained to us the steps required to escape from those careless mistakes that seem so impossible to correct.
Whatever the evil that you have allowed to take control of your life can be defeated and corrected.
How is that even possible?
Forgiving grace is readily available from the Shepard.
The Shepard knows every one of the sins that have anchored our lives down in despair and loneliness that is destroying your life.
The despair and hopelessness that is ruling the lost person’s life is a condition you were not designed and equipped by God to be living in.

We are all aware of some of terrible sins King David committed.
King David was a man after God’s own heart. but even with David’s close relationship with God he committed some very terrible sins.
But just like King David we have access to forgiveness and mercy.
King David knew where and who was his only source of forgiveness and mercy.
Psalm 121:2
2 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
How many times can you look up to the mountains for God’s forgiveness and help?

8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Our families and friends may at some point in time say. “Enough is enough”.
Have you ever heard someone say we have been hurt for the last time no more; you have used up all of your chances for forgiveness and help from u?
As sinners, we fail God constantly; but because of God’s agape love, He has promised and made available to us now and forever more His wonderful forgiveness
When you look up to heaven remember that God has promised us the following.
