Over the elapse of these last 10 weeks, I have overcome is procrastination. I came to the conclusion that my signature themes which are, responsibility, deliberate, discipline have aided me against procrastination. Since, I am a responsible person I have to always have my assignments completed. Which helps plan things, which in turn help me not procrastinate. Finally, my Discipline signature theme assist me against procrastination since it also helps me to “plan ahead so as to anticipate what might go wrong” (Clifton, Anderson, & Schreiner, 2006, p.
