I was one who would get confused when people asked me, why are you not dating anyone? For me it was always a simple response of it did not matter love does not last long and it is all a myth. Fitness was also life for me in that I wanted to stay in shape and he continued to support me through maintaining a good workout routine. Prince, on the other hand, was completely opposite of what he is today. He would drink and smoke weed, after meeting me he realized that he wants to mend his way of all these habits. My experience may not be completely relatable, but all I know is it changed me as a person in three different ways and I am proud that it has happened. First off, my mentality on how to trust others changed, not everyone is the best so I should be careful with whom I talk to and those who seem too sweet because they may be the ones trying to hurt you. Second, distance does not matter if the love is true and unconditional. There is not a problem with loving anyone and I had some friends who were dating a new person every week thinking it was love, the problem with that is the person is hurt every time. Lastly, I learned to take chances and do something new. Before I was like what is love even mean? Does it even exist? I always said that I was not going to let any guy into my life unless I was in college or it was true love. Now I am all for love and believe that it can bring out flaws and make them into a power that was contained. The whole experience felt like child play because it felt as two kids unknown to a situation were coming together because a mutual relation. This felt like child play and too good to happen in my life I was left in awe. But little did I know my knight in shining armor was right in front of me ready to take me away on his white horse. Love does conquer all no matter what the situation
