The goal of this assignment was to reflect on the beliefs about teaching, beliefs about learning and the beliefs about effective teaching and learning strategies. Due to pass experiences students were given work in the classroom and were required to do assignments whereas some students did not understand the topic clearly and were not given the opportunity to communicate with the teacher so that they would better understand and as a result of this the students had failed the examination. Every child learns differently so educators are the ones to motivate and assist students to help them believe that they can be successful. For instance some students prefer lessons to be visualized, practical, activities, and projects or even create flash cards. One of the learning processes that benefit the personal growth of the child helps you to observe the student strengths and weaknesses. Amongst working in groups it allows students to gain knowledge about different cultures, values and views of fellow colleagues. A difference can be made in the lives of the learners and society by taking the time to educate the children and ensuring that each child receives proper education to be successful in the future. Some incentives to teachers are that explanation of topics should be clearly in order for students to comprehend, have activities for student to be interacting with both classmates and teachers. Training students to ask questions to comprehend is an important key, also having them question their knowledge to see which learning style is preferred. Challenge students by making them active and allow them to brain storm in order to solve problem. Reflect to improve lessons if it were not successful.
In conclusion, to this assignment I have learnt that becoming a teacher is a great responsibility in the lives of the students. I believe that each child should be treated equally with the right amount of attention and teachers should reflect positively in the lives of the
