Company C Requirements for Manager of the Services Division Company C is looking for the perfect candidate to fill the position of Manager of the Services Division. This position requires someone who is theoretical, is an effective communicator, someone with experience in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the new service department. The manager will be in charge of coordinating the department as well as; hiring, evaluating, developing and if necessary, the dismissal of employees. They will be responsible for controlling the department. Controlling involves creating measurable departmental standards with the intentions of monitoring employee outputs as told by (Roberts, 2013).
