Many Project Managers (PM) that have been successful in completing projects as laid out and agreed on by the project administrators. These Project Managers did complete their projects but failed to succeed in their leadership and unwillingness to manage and ethically lead, develop and guide their team members in delivering a quality project. There has been conversation going on in the Information Technology/Systems industries over the lack of good, consistent and ethical Project Managers willing to not just complete projects they are assigned but to live up to the Leadership style Project Managers are known to utilize. It takes a special kind person to lead and good ethical leaders know their responsibility is not just to those they answer to or that sign their paycheck, but as leader you are expected to lead all aspects not just the project your assigned. Competent leaders lead, develop and build up those they lead. A team is only as strong as its weakest player and it is that leaders job to strengthen that weakness and bring that person to a higher level making all members of the team valuable, knowledgeable and ethical by leading with good example, behavior and always being a pillar of through, honest and ethical
