These activities are denoted on the “Activity on Node Network” as numbers 1, 4.10,16,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,27,28,29, and30 respectively.
Although, no one can predict all the risks or problems that may arise during a project’s life, the information gathered for construction DELTA’s network indicates that our company will be able to meet the deadline of October 25, 2015. However, because of the urgency to develop the handheld electronic medical device, I would strongly suggest, for the team to devote some time to diligently go through a risk management process to ascertain and assess possible risks during the life of the project. In addition, I urge, the team to also develop risks response control strategies.
Considering the dedication of the DELTA project team members, I am confident that with diligent planning, proficient risk management assessment and adequate monitoring of the critical path our company can successful execute project DELTA in a timely manner.
