A lot of controversy had surrounded some people feeling that the government doesn’t want to legalize marijuana to protect financial interesting of certain companies. There are many reasons and benefits on why marijuana should be legal. One of the medical benefits of marijuana is that it helps with labor contractions and muscle spasms. Labor contractions usually cause discomfort in your lower back and lower abdomen and can be really uncomfortable. Marijuana can also help cut the amount of the muscle relaxer pills someone has to take or can even replace them. Another medical benefit of marijuana is that it can help relieve symptoms from chemotherapy. Many cancer patients have to deal with treatment symptoms, including nausea, vomiting, mood disorders, fatigue, weight loss, anorexia, constipation, sexual function, sleep disorders and pain. Marijuana helps patients go through treatment a lot easier and helps with most of the symptoms.
