While mayo is a widely accepted food in our society, it is only acceptable in small amounts. As a condiment, it would be viewed as foul to eat it in large portions. The wafer dipping sticks looked almost identical to a brand of dog treats that we found while shopping. Dog treats are generally not consumed by people. Lastly, we put the blue Gatorade in a plastic spray bottle. Not wanting to specifically put it into a Windex bottle, we took a Windex sticker and just stuck it to the outside of our clean one. My second expectation was that quite a few people would discuss what I was doing in their individual groups without acting on their feelings beyond verbalizing them. I also felt as though I would receive quite a bit of civil inattention, but that wasn’t something I could observe unless I actually knew what people were thinking if they saw me and what I was eating. I figured at least a couple of people might come up to speak to me, but I did not expect that to happen often, if it were to happen at all. I chose this violation specifically because I expected to be left alone and not have to make conversation with anyone, so if I were to hypothesize otherwise I would be contradicting
