Because my business is going to be aimed at customer service and graphic design I would go with a different approach. I would use on-the-job training for my employees. I think that this would benefit them because being more hands on with computers, Photoshop, and the customers will help them in the long run. There are different kinds of on-the-job training, which includes understudying, job rotation, and peer training. One-the-job training has several steps that need to be taken. The first step, prepare the learner. Make the learner comfortable and make sure that they understand what they will be learning. I would explain to my employee that we would be designing logos, billboards, TV commercials, and other forms of communication to our clients. Tell them why it’s important and have them look at previous work. The second step, present the operation. In this step you will make sure the learner will know what they do on a day-to-day basis. You simply put any question that you have into the search bar and it will do its best to help you. I think that I would use their website because it easy to work and less time consuming.
