I have been using a timetable, day planner, and a to-do list for daily activities. In the beginning I was lazy to have a timetable and manage time, but after a few weeks I saw that it was very helpful and hence started following it. During weekdays I have started waking up at 8:00am in the morning to go to the gym, and try to end my day by 10:00pm, so that I am awake and fresh by the next day. In the weekends I try to be up by 10:30am, so that way I do not waste the entire day sleeping and not getting any work done. Last semester I did not have any specific times to sleep, I would sometimes be awake for no reason till 3:00am and would wake up tired and sleepy the next day. This would leave me with no motivation to get work done. But now with the help of this class I have a regular schedule and this has really helped me out in many
