I knew it was going to be hard to get hits off of him but I knew we could do it. Our leadoff hitter, Tyson Gordon, took two balls and then found a pitch he liked and sent a hard grounder to shortstop, the shortstop took his time and Tyson beat it out! I was up next and the pitcher caught me off guard with a first pitch curveball. I was out front but managed to get it over the third base line. Tyson got to third and the ball got away from the cutoff man and Tyson scored! Our three hitter, a short but strong kid from Texas, named Ethan, walked on four pitches.
