About the dates in question about the claimant’s date of injuries of August 5, 2017, as well as July 26, 2017. Mr. Raigoza claimed he was working on both of those times as the only information that he is aware of involving slip and fall of a customer was reported to him on Sunday, August 6, 2017, at approximately 5:00 PM. On September 4, 2015 at approximately 12:50 AM I, Deputy Bowring, responded to 886 County Road 2110 Quitman, Texas as a cover unit for Deputy Fields on a disturbance. Upon my arrival, I observed Deputy Fields, speaking with William Walker and Deputy Finlaw was speaking with Regina Smith. Timothy Gray and Mikaila stated a homeless man had left his wallet hen they had tried to help him.
