Everyday I felt alone until good news flooded my ears. I couldn’t believe what I heard. when i was in pre-school, I attended a summer camp well known as Tall Turf Ministries. We were like brothers. But when camp ended, I was sad. I thought to myself that i would never see him again until now. He has transferred to my school. As he came back to my memory, he helped me establish new friends along with him. We stayed by each other all the time and helped each other when needed.
During recess one day, I couldn’t find Jose anywhere. Out of the blue, jose comes running towards me crying, nosebleeding. I asked what was wrong, he told me while he was washing his hands in the school bathroom after lunch, some guy and two others came up to and start punching him and pushing him onto the floor. I immediately got furious and told him I’ll handle this. I look at him as a little brother. During recess the next day, I was mad all morning all because I knew my friend was being bullied.
