After completing the self assessments and analyzing the results of personal competencies in managing people by using CVF, leadership style, and communication style; I have discovered my strengths and weaknesses in those areas. This is a significant finding for me to improve my weaknesses and maintain my strengths, which will help me to be a better manager of people in the future.
