When children into this agency and come into care they are fragile mentally and physically; and many have been abused or neglected. Some of the children have been placed in too many Foster Care homes and become insensitive and it’s difficult to tolerate rules that foster family implement within their homes. So if the children in care do not adhere to the rule of the Foster Care homes the Foster Care parents bring the back to the Foster Care agency or they run away. Therefore; when they come back to the agency the entire process starts over again or they are sent away to a Children facility. Many children are transferred from three to four homes, monthly.
