With all these responsibilities, delegating work should become an integrated part of the team’s process. An effective team knows how to work with one another’s abilities to reach their desired outcomes.

Project Management might not take the type of skills a doctor would need, but it is still a very detail oriented career. Project managers are experts in the art of time management. It is vital to allow enough time for preparation, execution and other duties the project manager is responsible for.
