Solution#1 Manual Method
Before performing the manual procedure, the users must have Outlook installed on their system. The entire manual procedure is of two steps described below:
• Create an Outlook profile with Office 365 account
• Now, transfer and preview all emails on Outlook interface. This step will create a PST file for all the Outlook data. All Office 365 emails will be saved in a PST file.
Limitations of Using Manual Procedure
• The Procedure is Lengthy: This is a long and time-consuming method where users may get stuck at any point. Exporting emails on multiple systems in an organization can take up a lot of time for a company.
• Technical Knowledge is a Must: Configuration of accounts, exporting of mailboxes is a technical procedure. This requires knowledge of Outlook as well as Office 365. Any misstep can result in data loss that cannot be recovered.
