Employment legislation covers acts of law acts of the law helped to ensure that employers receive a contract detailing the terms of employment, control working hours, wages, as well as laws to provide regulations to deal with cases of discrimination, unfair dismissal or redundancy.

Conclusion
Upon doing this report I was interested in working in the market House because it a community based organisation that was set up to fulfil a need in community, to provide the house from voluntary and community based groups as well a business services for a low cost fee. It has done what it set out to do to provide the house for use in the community.
The market houses hosts vital services to the community like the men’s shed that was set up a while ago, it also hosts vital emotional health programme that provides vital mental health services such a creating a link between physical activity and emotional wellbeing using a programme with students in the local post primary school scoil ui mhuri.
The market house today exceeds its original expectation by providing a vital service to the community for low cost. It provides a secure private place for groups to meet for meetings and it is the centre of Dunleer. It has hosted five Christmas craft fairs including Santa visit and a service of the local children seeing Santa Claus and getting a selection
