Personally, there is no way the nursing education can impact nurses without a properly organized system.

4.1: Personal context: Personally, it has become difficult to dissociate my nursing role from my private life in the sense that they intertwine. As a nurse I am a manager of patients’ care and hospital resources; just as I am a mother, a manager of family resources. I make decisions looking forward to effectiveness and efficiency.
4.2: Social context:
Leading and managing are only real in the context of human interaction and appropriation of resources. The most important one is getting people to do what they want to do without being the initiators of the original idea- leadership.
4.3 Application in current job:
Leadership styles are all useful and decision making is the tool for progress on my job. The most common leadership style I see in me is discussing the goal and the importance of reaching the goal, then letting every of my subordinate to make the decision of how they can accomplish it in a measurable manner. 5.1: Personal context
This module just brings me closer to the reality of the working environment where you manage conflicts at all levels. Before they occur, while they are on and the consequences of latent conflicts even though it was not obvious. Sometimes collegiality has to be taken into consideration while managing conflicts. Some conflicts are necessary to arrive at a collective bargaining for the benefit of a group.
5.2: Social context
All three concepts are part of life in any organization or any group. Quality management referring to producing a product that satisfies consumers’ expectations. It is only true interaction that brings about conflicts because of diversity of perceptions, understanding and expectations among members of a group. Usually a group that shares the same characteristics will want to raise a unified voice for themselves. The nursing body has done that quite a lot to achieve their recognition and growth.
