7: You asked to correct "after allowing the GOST to expand vertically by suddenly turning off the EW"->"after allowing atoms from the GOST to expand vertically by suddenly turning off the EW" Atomic clouds expand, not the trap.
Reply: We corrected it.
8: You wrote that "as the BEC wave function extending past z = 0 corresponds to the thermalization of that proportion of atoms."-> "as atoms in the BEC wave function extending past z = 0 are lost by sticking to the surface." or something similar. They don't just thermalize, they are no longer free atoms.
Reply: We corrected it, according to your mentioned suggestion.
9: About Fig.10: What is the color scale representing?
Reply: We corrected it and now it should read as, “Here the color scale is representing the density of the BEC.” …show more content…
10." I don't really understand this sentence.
Reply: We wanted to mention that for a small time scales t>0, initially the BEC atoms which are very near to the hard-wall surface they are reflected from the hard-wall mirror but for larger time scales t>>0, those atoms which were far away from the hard-wall they can not reach to the hard-wall anymore due to the fact that they cannot cross other atoms and therefore they are reflected from the collisions among themselves as shown in Fig.
