Clarity is important in business writing because it helps the receiver to easily read and understand the message. For example, I have used clarity in my business to inform my tenant to leave my place. An example of the writing which I wrote to my tenant is as follows: “To My Tenant, I’m writing to inform you that you have three (3) months to look for another place where to put your katemba and do business.”
Conciseness is when you are specific or you mention the key or main points in the message or your writing.
