I’m not suggesting that every teacher needs to be stripped, beaten, and flayed. I truly feel every teacher that has a heart for their students understands the passion and desire to see a student succeed, grow, and mature into fullness. How can we hope to build them up if we’ve never had to build ourselves up? We’ve all been looked down on, criticized, judged, and so on and so forth. It is in this I realize that every mistake, error, and trail I’ve suffered comes around for good. Through my perseverance and patience, I’ve been able to stand fast, and this will motivate me and encourage me in the long run. If a few temporary afflictions has produced this good fruit in my life that will multiply in others, how much more will I produce if I persevere from this point
