In dealing with unruly students and stressful situations, I will be putting forth a massive amount of prayer while reviewing all my notes about classroom management. I am well aware that even the best class will have its moments of (hopefully) mild insanity. Even if I fail in one of these situations, I will use it as an opportunity to learn from my mistakes and move on. After all, “For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again.” The important aspect is that I not give up. Only in accepting defeat do I become a true failure. Where the challenge of administration is concerned, I intend to tell them of my need to change things up and try new things in the classroom during the job interview, not on the first day of work. In the event that I do end up under an administration that kills my creativity, I will attempt to role with the punches. I will find other things to change periodically like my classroom setup or even something as simple as my lunch habits. These small changes could help me survive a school year or two until I could find myself a new situation. Ultimately, I will trust the Lord to pair me with an administration that gives me some creative
