This point is parallel to what I have learned in class so far in a way that, I have learned about two most important symptoms (Hallucination and Delusion) that Nash suffered from in the film. Furthermore, an example was given during the lecture about Andrea Yates who suffered from the same disorder (Schizophrenia). Yates was only 36 years old and had 5 children. Due to the disorder, Yates was suffering from, she went ahead and murdered all the 5 children because she thought her children were not growing well. this story kind of relates to the move where Nash tells his Wife that, she is not growing old but in the real sense, he was not referring to his wife but rather his niece. This means that individual with the disorder see things that are not real (visual Hallucination) and don’t show any regret of their crime of mistake. I also learned that poor people are more like to be diagnosed with schizophrenia. In this way, hampers Nash association with these friends. The effect on the him was not realistically depicted even though he could deal with his circumstance without taking solution. The motivation behind why this was not reasonably depicted is because Nash can proceed with his standard reviews before
