Spasticity was feeling of stiffness and usually muscle spasms occur at leg usually. Patient will have bladder, bowel and sexual function problems may sometimes occur at the early stages of diseases (multiple sclerosis the ‘at your fingertips’ guide) (Robinson, Neilson & Rose, 2000). Bladder dysfunction can cause repeated urinary tract infections. Difficulty to learn and remember information was signs of cognitive change. Another sign and symptoms was emotional change which this can be reaction due to stress of living with multiple sclerosis.
