Firstly, I will stay active in my Airman’s as well as my personal health. One thing that I enjoyed was working out with my squadron as an young airman. I will continue that principle and hope that my subordinates will join me in physical activities. Secondly, I will promote an environment in my workplace that encourages optimism and a sense of self worth. It will not be all sunshine and rainbows, however, when something is wrong I will give them time to process what is going wrong; I will however provide them the tools to be more resilient in order to bounce back. Next in my workplace, I will talk to my airman one on one to see what drives them. If I can find their purpose or what they believe in, I should be able to harness that and provide the growth that their spiritual health needs. Finally, I will treat my peers and subordinates like humans. It is mostly in human nature to want to interact, have a family or network. I will provide that for them and encourage them to continue to build upon
