Once , Most of the school in the United States use the same textbook to teach about racism but after it was banned because of some slang words used in the book. To kill a mockingbird was published in 1960, written by Harper Lee. This novel is notable for its warmth and humour , inspire of dealing with the serious issues of rape and racial inequality.

The latest edition is the 50th Anniversary edition published on june24,2010. First this book used to name Atticus but later on Lee decided to change as To kill a mockingbird. If you read the book you will notice that the title came from one line “you can kill all the Blue Jays you want, but just remember, it's a sin to kill a Mockingbird”.
