INTRODUCTION Who doesn’t like to spend quality time with the family and what better way to do that than to play games. Growing up, my family use to play the game Dark Tower by Milton Bradley at least once a week. Milton Bradley was known for iconic games such as Life, Twister, and Yahtzee just to name a few and was said to be “The man who taught America how to play” (Harlow, 2013). Revamping the original game of Dark Tower created in 1981 and then introducing it back into the market would be the most expensive stage as the development, consumer testing, and marketing that the company would need to launch the new product can be costly. For this product and the business to be successful and continue to grow, the company must invest heavily in new product development to keep up with changing
