It is illegal activity at work place. As discussed in the context, Rosetta’s colleague occasionally asks her about her private matter. She didn’t like it when her colleague made fun of her sexual life. She was constantly asked about her relationship with her Italian boyfriend which is kind of sexual harassment. The staff members used to talk about her sex life loudly all the time which disgusted her. Moreover, they even liked to taunt her by asking repeatedly why she preferred Italian guy over Canadian guy. All he used to think was it was just jokes which Rosetta’s colleagues cracked on her and the same he told Eva along with it he said He had been managing this division for more than a decade, he knows what’s up.
