She has to oversee the store’s inventory, purchasing and the supply of shoes. Further, she determines the need for hiring employees and plans for staff development. Lyndsey also has a role in financial management where she budgets and control cost to keep the store on a sound financial track. Lyndsey also has a goal setting role and establishing the policies for the departments that she manages, as well, facilitates communication between employees and departments.
In the execution of duty, Lyndsey uses various managerial skills. For instance, her computer and writing skills are used in financial management, goal setting and in the making of communications.
