The thing that I really do not understand about the whole issue is that the dispatcher had informed that arresting officer of the age discrepancy before the Miranda rights were read. From personal experience working in the field I know that people lie about their information to get away with something. It falls back on the arresting officer to have questioned the age difference and to make sure the name and date of birth given was the person in front of
