For permanent residents that are interested in opening a new account, they would have to provide their green card as a primary ID in order to proceed with the account opening. For those who are non-US citizens and are not permanent residents, they must provide their passport from their country and the secondary ID must have a US residential address that matches the address on file. This was alarming for many clients because in the past we were able to open accounts with foreign IDs and international addresses. Management was again faced with a situation in which it required them to adapt to a policy change. This required a lot of training and role-playing to ensure that we would get it right one hundred percent of the time. It is very important to not only have a leader that can easily adapt, but it is just as important to have employees that are receptive to that leader.
The effectiveness of transformational and transactional leadership
In transactional leadership, leaders execute more mundane but indispensible leadership and organizational duties. Transactional leaders strategize, schedule, regulate, and work with followers on specified tasks. They also focus on managing stable, and valuable performances from their employees to reach company goals and objectives. The employees that are excelling and executing at a high level are rewarded for their performance. (Sims, 2005)
Transformational leadership is where a leader pursues to alter and involve employees and the company by generating a captivating concept, strategy, and philosophy.
