It wasn't an old car, but there were nicer ones in the lot. She flung her backpack over her shoulder and walked to the door leading into the school. Once she was in the building, she went up the stairs and straight to her locker and opened it up. She hung her backpack on a hook and then sorted through everything, getting ready for the day.
