The behavior of lawyers, judges and other actors in the legal system affect how offenders and victims comply with the conditions of a trail. If a judge is not completely clear in communicating a condition of probation to the offender, the offender may not comply with the probationary terms because he or she never understood what she or he was expressed to do.
