One of the deadliest virus mostly found on Atlantics salmon farms in Canada, Norway, Scotland and Chile is called Infectious Salmon Anaemia Virus (ISA). This disease is not only causing mortality in farm salmon, but also in wild salmon. A well known documentary called “ Salmon Confidential” is available. It's interesting to see that how government cover up this deadest virus causing huge numbers of mortality in wild salmon of BC’s (British Columbia). According to this documentary, wild salmon were suddenly died with huge number along with farm salmon, but Government never confirmed the presence of Euorpean Salmon Viruses those were the causative agents. When biologist Alexandra Morton investigates and finds the presence of dangerous Salomn virus (ISA) and then chain of events occurred by the Government to suppress the findings.
