An experience like this definitely opens your eyes to the business world and how things are done in companies. The policies apply to PHI’s directors, employees and all others working at PHI or its subsidiaries. Everyone is expected to have a continuing responsibility, to comply with the Business Policies in every decision made and in every action taken in the conduct of the company 's business. The company has about twenty-nine different business policies like Codes of Conduct, Insider Trading, Social Media, Employee Safety, and Running for Office. The dress standards for the internship was business casual in the office and for recruitment events the company shirt and khakis or black slacks.
