One of the most important required skills for a successful personality is communication skills. This is due to the fact that a good communicator is the one who is experienced enough to deliver the same message to different types of people. This experience is gained often by meeting new people from different academic, cultural and educational background. For example, an engineering student will always get to used to a similar cast of characters within his/her major’s department, and will eventually share a special language with those colleagues. Thus, taking classes in business or arts departments introduces him/her to new students and faculty that may end up being new interesting friends with whom he/she shares a new language familiar to both of them for a better conversation.
