Preparation and planning:
Having a proper plan of action prior to attend the facility is essential, the selection of appropriate audit dates with senior management would ensure that the key personnel like the plant manager and team leaders are on site and available during the audit. Once the dates of the audit have been selected, my first priority as an audit team leader is to establish a contact with a person from the facility and obtain the plant’s schedule for every department and personnel …show more content…
As an audit team leader, I will ensure to be available to mediate problems that could arise during the course of the day and to address any issues promptly (Johnson, 2012).
