In today’s session, group members were to: identify problems and negative consequences in the past and current life as the results of addictive behavior; learn how self-defeating messages and negative thoughts contribute to the relapse process; and discuss ways to change self-defeating messages and solve problems in the current life that caused by addictive behavior.
