They are misguided. Admitting the talent we need would consist of only letting in highly skilled workers that can help boost America's economy. This tactic is not good. On page four of the Unit Two Writing Task, the author claims that "Admitting...numbers of newcomers...drains poor countries of many of the most educated, highly skilled workers. This "brain drain" only adds to the challenge in poor countries of meeting the needs of their own populations." This means that if we take a poor country's skilled workers out, they have nobody to support their own economy. When "brain drain" occurs a countries economy drops, because they are losing their most valuable citizens. Thus, making emigration unnecessary is the greatest option.
To conclude, making emigration unnecessary is the best option. It helps other countries while compromising both the needs of the immigrants and the United States.
