This emotions keep us balance either physically or mentally. Violence discharge an aggressive and dangerous acts thus, feeling no guilty towards the aftermath effect. As stated in the journal Social Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience, they concluded, we propose that exposure to aggressive media results in a blunting of emotional responses, which in turn may prevent the connection of consequences of aggression with an appropriate emotional response, and therefore may increase the likelihood that aggression is seen as acceptable behavior. In the movie "Goodfellas" starring Ray Liotta as the main characters, the scene in the movie revolves around a neighborhood full of gangsters where the main character as a kid was drawn to the gang thus, making him to skip school, vandalism and etc. After the father found out that he was skipping school, the father beat him nearly to death. In his mind, he is willing to take that chances without feeling guilty as long as he is satisfy. This movie shows that at the very beginning, the boy is like a white silk where no stain are present, but after he learn about the underworld which leads to violence, he becomes a rotten egg. Brains develop in our early 20's. Everything we see, act, consume, drink, etc has an impact on our brain. So there is no doubt that the mind takes what is necessary to be true. Violence is everywhere in this new era. As a society, we are desensitized to viewing aggressive and brutal scenes every day. Therefore, for starter use the amount of time children watch TV, regardless of content, to be moderated because it can decreases the time spent on more beneficial activities such as reading, playing with friends, and developing hobbies. We all have mistakes, but if a person can correct the mistakes they can easily get away with murder, for an expression. People in this age just have no self control.
