1) Howard Hughes (played by Leonardo Dicaprio) is a wealthy man who gained oil money after his parents died. Hughes had an oil industry in Texas but moved to Hollywood to produce movies. He produced “Hell’s Angels” in two years and spent four million on the movie alone. The most money spent on a movie at this point of time. Hughes paid a lot of attention to detail and once he made something, he wanted to make something bigger and better. He then began to start making movies while developing planes. Although he is wealthy, he spends a lot of money on the movies and the airplanes. Slowly throughout the money, Hughes begins to lose grip of reality.
