Thirdly, Napoleon continuously changed what he did not like or what he thought needed to change, and he fought hard to do so. “Napoleon found the conditions in France bad and ineffective, so he overthrew the directory and got it changed” (Napoleon I). He did not believe that the conditions were effective for the people, so he fought hard to try and get them changed, which eventually they did. This proves that he was putting his peoples needs before his own, and that he was not afraid to do what was right.
