The windows were blocked with Iron grilles, staircases lead up to where the fire is happening and buildings are under construction. Everything is not organize. While the factory’s fire safety certification expires Dhaka's fire authorities refused to renew it. Also, by a lack of oversight and by a growing global desire for more cheap fashion. Most of the factories are built near cramped neighborhood.
